5 cocktails you can make at home regardless of skill level!
We asked some of our Mixology Team for cocktails you can make at home either during the last 2 weeks of lockdown or when entertaining over the festive period! We’ve got classics like a Mojito, a Champagne cocktail and a non-alcoholic!
NOT SO COSMO (non alcoholic)
Ingredients
- 2 shots orange juice
- 2 shorts cranberry juice
- Squeeze of lime
- Squeeze of lemon
Method
Shake all ingredients together and strain into chilled glass.

TROPICAL CHAMPAGNE

Ingredients
- 3/4 shot Bacardi
- 1/2 shot Peach Schnapps
- 2 shots orange juice
- 1/3 shot lime cordial
- Champagne (or Prosecco or Cava)
Method
Shake ingredients and strain into chilled martini glass & top up with Champagne (or Prosecco or Cava).
MOJITO
Ingredients
- 3-4 lime wedges
- 1/2 shot sugar syrup (or a teaspoon of sugar)
- 10/15 mint leaves
- 1 shot Havana (or any dark rum)
- Soda water
Method
Using a spoon muddle the mint, lime wedges, rum & sugar syrup in the base of glass, half fill glass with crushed ice & top up with soda, stir & garnish with lime and a straw.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Ingredients
- 1/2 shot vodka
- 1/2 shot gin
- 1/2 shot tequila
- 1/2 shot Cointreau
- Coke
- 2-3 lime wedges (squeezed)
Method
Shake alcohol & lime with ice and strain into an ice filled glass then top up with coke.
SPICY FIFTY
Ingredients
- 1 shot Bacardi
- 1/2 shot Elderflower cordial
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 4 thin slices of chili
Method
Shake all ingredients (except soda) well, pour into a glass filled with crushed ice & top with soda water.
