Yes! Get The Shifts are a flexible staffing company, that offers shifts around the clock. You work around your lifestyle.

What areas do Get the Shifts Operate in?
At the moment we offer shifts in Dublin, Limerick, Galway, Cork, and Kerry. If you live just outside of one of these areas and you’re keen to commute, all you need to do is tell us you live nearby when you complete the online application.

What types of jobs do you offer?
We offer a range of hospitality jobs; waiting, bar shifts, floor staff, catering assistants, food handlers, kitchen porter shifts, Barista events shifts, promo shifts.

How much work can I expect to get with Get The Shifts?
Unfortunately here at GTS Headquarters, we can not predict the future but we would imagine you would be kept pretty busy. It can depend on how busy the employers are – for example, major sporting events will mean more stadium shifts.
It can also depend on the time of year.

Is there a minimum age requirement to sign up with Get the Shifts?
Many of our positions involve serving alcohol to our customers; the law in Ireland requires that any person serving alcohol must be over the age of 18. For this reason, we require all Superstars to be at least 18 years old on the date of their application to join Get the Shifts.

What right to work documents will you accept?
Is a legal requirement for us to verify all right to work documents.  Below is a list of the most common documents that can be accepted as right to work verification in Ireland:

How soon will I be able to start working?
We try our best not to make this a lengthy process, as soon as you have uploaded all your details we will be in touch shortly after to get you ready for your first shift.

Is there specific training required?
We do require a minimum of 2 years (1 years Irish) experience in your chosen field(s), and we provide online free, online training to help you upskill.

What kind of training is provided online?
Partnering with our Training Provider Olive, we are proud to offer a broad range of bespoke training packages in many areas, covering Hospitality, Industrial, and Office and Administrative roles. Our training packages all include mandatory Covid training, and our company induction.

Is the training compulsory?
Yes it is and must be completed within a month of starting with us!

How much can I earn?
The rate of pay for shifts can vary, depending on a number of factors, but the minimum hourly rate for shifts starts at €11.23/hour (including 8% holiday pay).
